Lichee wine! Strong and sweet, with a slight taste of lichee.

But it didn't really go together with the rice spaghetti in a leek-tomato sauce and rucola.

Maybe try something asian... But it's nice to drink it in the evening, without the food.

We threw a vintage party for the ny's eve. We had a coctail bar, lots of food, a dance floor and a great time! I wish the year will be as good as the party was...

sarma it is

So as the new year came and we were thinking about the food all the time, we decided to make a typical balkan dish called sarma, veggie version with soya. 

It was balsam for a stomach and we ate it 3 days in a row. Remember: the more times warmed up, the better it gets!

spooshi, dude!

We are not sure if we are actually the first ones, but it could be that we just invented the new way of making and eating a dish that isn't the real sushi, but is very similar. We named it spooshi. It's sushi on spoon, with no algs. Just see the picture and you'll know the secret.

You may be sceptical before trying it (as seen on picture), but it has a very simple taste, a good simple taste.

chorange pancakes.

We always loved the combination of oranges and chocolate, like jaffa cookies, lindt dark chocolate with nuts and orange, sacher cake with bitter orange jam and so on and so on. So we had this idea to try that combination with the pancakes. It was the right idea, it was legendary!
