a lunch and the sun

Bear garlic season is here! We bought it on market place and got a  piece of jerusalem artichoke for free. We heard of that thing before, (in Slovenia we call it "topinambur") but we never tasted it. You can eat it fresh, add it to salad or make a soup, puree, etc.

Would you ever think of that combination? Ta-da, here it is and it's fantastic. Marko got this from Germany and we hope that it comes to Slovenia very soon. Would be just great for cake filling! And it has about 50% less calories than other chocolate spreads.

Want more peanut butter? Make a dessert or better: another meal!
